Can you help us to improve our services?

NORTHAMPTONSHIRE Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is holding a series of discussion groups this autumn to gather ideas and feedback on how the trust can improve the mental health, learning disability, sexual health and drug and alcohol treatment services it provides.

The discussion groups form part of a review of the trust’s Equality Scheme.

“We want our services to be caring and sensitive to the needs of everyone who might use them,” said Ann Crowder, Northamptonshire Healthcare’s equality and diversity manager, who is leading the review of the Equality Scheme.

“People may well have new and different ideas on the best way to make services work for patients, service users and carers and we are really keen to hear from anyone who has a suggestion, no matter how small it may seem.”

The discussion groups are being held on Thursday 22 October in the morning in Wellingborough and in the afternoon in Kettering, and on Thursday 19 November in Northampton.

The groups are open to any patient, service user, carer or member of the public who is interested in attending. To book a place, please contact Ann Crowder on 01604 657710 or by email to ann.crowder@nht.northants.nhs.uk.
