BUDDING artists will get the chance for their work to be seen by the public in the Exhibition of Talent 2009.
The event, which kicks off on World Mental Health Day, has been organised by Corby Community Mental Health Team.
To maximise the number of people viewing the visual delights, the team has secured a shop unit right in the heart of Corby town centre.
Art on display includes a 3 ft cross-stitch, photography and watercolours.
The official opening will be performed by the Mayor of Corby, Councillor Mary Butcher at 10am on Saturday, 10 October in the Cinema Suite, Willow Place.
Following the official opening, the exhibition will continue to be on show in the Cinema Suite for four weeks.
